High Pressure Systems

Moondog Dive Outfitters offers a wide variety of standard and custom scuba filling systems manufactured by Nitrox Solutions. Our dive systems are built around BAUER Compressor blocks with marine grade components.

We market water-cooled and air-cooled compressor systems to our yachting clients so that we can provide our customers with safe, reliable and cost effective gas production systems designed for the marine environment. Our Equipment Service Department provides maintenance and support to the yachting community which includes the majority of yacht based compressor systems available today.

We always look forward to collaborating with the vessel’s engineering group to achieve the desired compressor package. Where we tend to excel is in our custom compressor systems and the integration of storage lockers, tanks racks/remote fills and fill panels. At no additional cost, we can construct the majority of our systems in either a horizontal or vertical configuration. For ease of serviceability and air ventilation for the system components, the standard Nitrox Solutions gas production systems are mounted in an open frame. As an option, if a fully enclosed system is desired, a custom cabinet can be fabricated at an additional cost. Upon installation, our teams will plumb the components, complete the run up and train the vessels personnel in the operation and servicing of the compressor systems. During the install period and if nitrox is desired, we can provide certifications for the crew in nitrox diving and nitrox blending. All certifications are done by internationally accredited and recognized training agencies.

All of our compressor systems are constructed "Lloyd’s Compliant" with their technical provisions and standard formulas to be demonstrably compliant. Specific classification requirements can be made upon request. We have over 40 years of combined experience integrating our gas production systems to meet the requirements of CLASS Regulations and flag states. Some of the gas production systems include our air compressors, nitrox production equipment and oxygen generators. To insure compliance and proper integration of the systems, we insist and agree to meet with CLASS at any point in the construction process concerning your equipment and provide all the necessary documentation.
